The client gives you daily work instructions. For immigration, your contracting organization is AGG, so you notify ISA when you sign with us. If you have a problem at work, you can talk to AGG.

Yes. If the new job fits your current status, you do not need new permission to change employers. You must notify ISA within 14 days when your contract ends, and again when you sign a new one. You can do this online. Avoid a long gap: 3 months or more without working in your status can be a reason to cancel it. Highly Skilled Professional (i) holders need a change of status before they move.
