Construction Manager (MEP)

What you will do

Support construction management (sekou-kanri) of building services (MEP) on large projects with large-scale piping: schedule, quality and safety checks, drawing checks, site records and meetings with the main contractor and subcontractors. You start with about 3 months of training: Rebro (BIM software for building services) and onboarding on building services in Japan. On-the-job training follows. This role is hired on an ongoing basis.

You need

Construction management experience on MEP / building services projects. Japanese at about JLPT N3. Solid basic skills and a willingness to keep learning matter more than years of experience.

Helpful

Revit (Revit MEP) or other BIM experience. Autodesk Forma is a strong plus.

Language

Japanese: about JLPT N3 or higher
