In 2005 he founded IBCA (International Business Consulting Cooperative Association) and, as its Representative Director, has supported small and medium-sized companies in expanding overseas and building international exchange. As Representative Director of Fukuyoshi Inc., he opened JPGA Japan Global Academy on Awaji Island and launched AGG (Awaji Global Gateway). He is building a talent pipeline with India to help Japanese companies advance their R&D and digital transformation.

Recognizing the potential of Indian IT engineers, he established AGG's IT talent division. As Head of Business Operations, he leads the engineer staffing business from strategy through execution.

Shreya has over 14 years of professional experience, mainly in IT and education, including more than 10 years in Japan, and understands the business cultures of both countries. At Awaji Global Gateway, she connects Japanese companies with Indian engineers as a business consultant, covering talent partnerships, recruitment support, engineering team management and cross-cultural communication. She is also Founder & Managing Partner of CodeTots, which runs education and IT businesses, and VP India of the Japan India Women Forum, where she works on educational and cultural exchange and on developing women leaders.

After graduating from IIT Bombay, Ashok completed training in digital technology and data communications at Philips Research in the Netherlands. After developing electronic controls at TATA Engineering, he built a track record across microprocessor control, CNC, industrial embedded systems and mixed-signal VLSI design. He has led semiconductor and VLSI projects for the Japanese market at Renesas Electronics and KPIT. In 1988 he founded the Science & Technology Park at the University of Pune, supported by India's Department of Science and Technology. He continues to work on AI model development and advanced technology collaboration between Japan and India.

Siddhant majored in information engineering (AI and analytics). As team leader of the CANSAT small-satellite project supported by ISRO, he developed an embedded system with custom boards and control software, achieving a 75 Hz data rate with zero data loss. As technical lead on an autonomous rover for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), he integrated image classification using a custom YOLO model with autonomous navigation using Stereo ORB-SLAM3. His patent application for a multirotor UAV pollination device has been published. He currently works on image recognition with PyTorch and OpenCV, builds RAG infrastructure with Marqo and SQL, and operates computing environments from Jetson Orin to HPC clusters. He spent his childhood at an international school in Tokyo and speaks fluent Japanese.

Sudarshan is a veteran engineer with over 40 years of experience in semiconductor design, VLSI design and verification, IP development and embedded systems. In 1993 he co-founded Nital Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd., the first semiconductor solutions company in Maharashtra, which performed the world's first PCI Express 1.0a interoperability demonstration. As Vice President of Harman Connected Services (now a Samsung subsidiary), he led large-scale contract product development. As AGG's liaison for IIT Bombay SEMIX, he supports our semiconductor talent network.
