What you will do

Build construction-stage BIM models (seko-BIM), check drawings against the model, run clash checks and support coordination between architecture, structure and MEP.

You need

BIM modeling experience with Revit, Tekla or similar tools.

Helpful

Rebar or MEP BIM, Navisworks, shop drawing experience.

Language

Japanese: about JLPT N3 or higher
